  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By participating in Edge's Referral Program ("Program"), you ("Referrer") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Edge. The Program is only open to current Edge customers.

  1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Program rewards the Referrer for each new customer ("Referred Customer") they refer who signs a contract with Edge and remains an active customer for a minimum of 90 consecutive days. The status of the Referrals can be viewed by the Referrer in Referral Rock Member’s Portal.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the Program, Referrers must be active Edge customers at the time of the referral. The Referred Customer must not have previously participated in an Edge demo mtg (or any other call where capabilities and service offerings were discussed) in the past three (3) months prior to the referral. 

If two current customers refer the same person as a Referred Customer, the current customer whom the referred customer chooses first will be eligible to receive the program reward.

When the Referral Status shifts to ‘Qualified’, it indicates that the referral has transitioned into an active Edge customer. At this point, the referrer becomes eligible for the reward after the referral completes 90 days as an active customer.

Upon the Referral Status changing to ‘Approved’, it signifies that the referral has successfully completed 90 days as an active Edge customer. Consequently, the referrer will receive the reward on this day.

Should the Referral Status change to ‘Denied’, it indicates that the referral did not proceed with Edge, resulting in the referrer being ineligible for a reward.

  1. REWARD REDEMPTION

The reward is issued in the form of a gift card through Tango Card which will be sent to the Referrer via email after the Referred Customer's 90th consecutive day as an active customer. Rewards do not apply retroactively and will not be issued for accounts that close before the reward can be issued. [1]

  1. LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS

5.1. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

  1. DISQUALIFICATION

Rewards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. Edge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Referrer from the Program if it suspects fraudulent behavior or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Edge will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if Edge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. PRIVACY

8.1 All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Edge’s Privacy Policy, available at https://onedge.co/privacy. Under the applicable laws and regulations, Edge shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information.

8.2. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website.

8.3. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

  1. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Edge reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, at any time and at its discretion, without notice. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. Edge may also terminate the Program at any time without notice.

  1. EXCLUSIVE RELATIONSHIP

10.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us.

10.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company.

10.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.

10.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself as a duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Edge operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that country.
